Should you need a simple uncoated reading or bifocal lens then expect to pay less whereas a rimless frame or very complicated prescription may cost more. Our policy of offering great service, quality and value never alters.
THERE ARE NO EXTRA CHARGES OR REGLAZE FEES FOR FITTING THE LENSES TO YOUR FRAME.
We will speak with you to understand your prescription needs, discuss lens options and confirm the price.
We will visit you at a convenient time and place to obtain all the necessary measurements and answer any questions you may have.
Around a week later we will return to professionally fit your new lenses and make any frame adjustments as required.
Lenses are typically fitted one week after your appointment.
Yes, we still use the same suppliers that we did whilst running our High Street practice and they are the same make and design that we wear ourselves.
This very rarely happens but in this event we would provide you with a new frame, as similar as possible.
Absolutely! There is a 12 month warranty on all lenses however should a fault occur after this period then we would consider each case independently.
We accept card payments, bank transfer, cheque or cash. Normally half would be paid initially and half on delivery.
This is the most tricky to answer because there can be many reasons. We would initially verify that everything is made correctly and then compare to the previous prescription.
Should there be an alteration we could make, we will. If it was necessary for a re-test then following this we would alter the lenses to the new prescription and provide this service without extra charges.
We understand this, we could meet you at a designated venue that is convenient to you, such as a Work Address or a Hotel Lounge for example.
